I paid for the deleted comments and bought it and all the comments that it said were deleted were not. Its a scam and I want my money back

How do I change my profile picture? Why isnt there an option for that in the settings???

The app is great to manage your followers, but there are some problems. I paid for the deleted comments upgrade, but its totally screwed up...says I and others deleted comments, but they werent deleted, so thats useless. Even after making an in-app purchase the annoying ads still appear. And its a little slow IMHO.

I paid for the "Blockers" add on, and my friend blocked me to test it out, and it doesnt show a thing.

So I got this app to check who unfollows me since I have 2 accounts and I cant log in to another account on my other app, and at first it was great. But then, when I started going to Instagram and noticed people unfollowed me, I checked on the app and every time I refresh theres always an ad, and several times I refresh it still says no one has unfollowed me, when on my Instagram I can clearly see someone had unfollowed me. Please have fewer ads and fix this please.
